We believe that true “healing” for men comes from being touched by a beautiful woman.
While esthetic techniques can be mastered through training,
a woman’s beauty is a gift from above—something that cannot easily be cultivated.
At Balboa Tokyo, we uphold strict recruitment standards.
Good looks alone are not enough to meet our criteria.
Candidates must pass evaluations across ten areas, including poise, education, sense of humor, and kindness.
Individuality first
At Balboa Tokyo, we have another strong commitment when it comes to our estheticians:
Each must possess a unique charm not found in other women.
For example, our team includes women who have transitioned from prestigious careers such as executive secretaries at foreign marketing firms or high-level professionals with elite academic backgrounds.
Some are part-time models affiliated with top talent agencies.
On the more unusual side, one of our ladies—who is admittedly quite shy about it—has an extraordinarily well-balanced figure with a bust so large it’s almost unnatural. She often mentions the difficulty of performing treatments without her chest unintentionally touching the client.
